Ingredients:

  • Thinly sliced beef (amount as desired)
  • Meatballs (quantity as desired)
  • Finely chopped garlic
  • 1 egg
  • Raja Rasa sauce
  • Soy sauce
  • Sweet soy sauce
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Butter
  • Oil
  • Cooked white rice (amount as desired)
  • Mushroom seasoning (Bumbu Jamur Totole)
  • Cucumber (for garnish)
  • Crackers (Kerupuk)
  • Chinese cabbage or other vegetables of your choice

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Ingredients:

    • Begin by thinly slicing the beef and chopping the garlic finely. Slice the meatballs if they are whole. Have all your ingredients ready for quick assembly.
  2. Sauté Garlic:

    • In a large pan or wok, heat a combination of butter and oil over medium heat. Add the finely chopped garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Cook Beef and Meatballs:

    • Add the sliced beef and meatballs to the pan. Stir-fry until the beef is browned and cooked through, and the meatballs are heated.
  4. Season:

    • Pour in the soy sauce and Raja Rasa sauce. Stir well to ensure the beef and meatballs are coated with the sauces. Cook for a few minutes until the mixture is aromatic.
  5. Add Egg and Rice:

    • Push the beef and meatballs to one side of the pan. Crack the egg into the empty side and scramble until cooked. Combine the scrambled egg with the beef mixture. Add the cooked white rice to the pan and stir-fry everything together.
  6. Flavor:

    • Season with salt, pepper, mushroom seasoning (Bumbu Jamur Totole), and sweet soy sauce. Mix thoroughly, ensuring that the rice is evenly coated with the seasonings.
  7. Add Vegetables:

    • Add the Chinese cabbage or your chosen vegetables to the pan. Stir-fry until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
  8. Serve:

    • Once everything is well mixed and heated through, transfer the Nasi Goreng Sapi to a serving plate. Garnish with slices of cucumber and serve with crackers (kerupuk) on the side.

Enjoy your flavorful Nasi Goreng Sapi, a delightful Indonesian fried rice dish that’s perfect for any meal!
