Special Beef Steak (Bistik Sapi Istimewa)
Ingredients:

For the Beef Steak:
- 200 grams beef, cut into cubes
- 1 potato, peeled and cut into fries
- 1 cup green beans, trimmed and cut into pieces
- 1 carrot, peeled and diced
- 1 cup corn kernels

For the Sauce:
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 shallot, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 3 cloves
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon powder
- 100 ml beef broth
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch, dissolved in a little water

Prepare the Beef:
- Boil the beef cubes in water until tender. Once cooked, drain the beef and set aside the beef broth.

Prepare the Sauce:
- In a large pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Sauté the minced garlic, chopped shallot, chopped onion, and bell pepper until fragrant and the vegetables are softened.
- Add the beef broth to the pan, followed by the oyster sauce, soy sauce, black pepper, chicken bouillon powder, and cloves. Stir to combine.
- Add the cooked beef cubes to the pan. Stir well to ensure the beef is coated with the sauce and the flavors are absorbed.
- Stir in the dissolved cornstarch mixture. Cook until the sauce thickens and becomes glossy. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.

- Boil the corn kernels, diced carrot, and green beans in salted water until tender. Drain and set aside.
- Fry the potato pieces until crispy and golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
