Ingredients:

  • 1/4 kg chicken feet and gizzards, cleaned
  • 1/2 segment of turmeric
  • 2 red chilies
  • 1 packet sweet soy sauce (kecap manis)
  • 1/2 segment of galangal and ginger
  • Salt and sugar to taste

  • 1 packet ground coriander and cumin powder

Instructions:
