Ingredients:
- 5 large eggs
- 1 chicken thigh, diced
- 5 button mushrooms, sliced
- 4 stalks of scallions, finely chopped

- 3 red shallots, thinly sliced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 3 bird’s eye chilies, finely chopped (adjust to taste)

- 2 tablespoons rice flour, dissolved in enough water to make a slurry

- Chicken bouillon powder to taste
