Palumara Tuna Bumbu Recipe

Large red chilies 5 pieces
Ground black pepper 1 teaspoon
Fresh turmeric 1 thumb-sized piece
Tamarind water to taste
Dried mango (pacukka pao) to taste

Sugar to taste
Cooking oil as needed
