Ingredients:

  • 500 grams chicken, cut into pieces
  • 10 shallots, thinly sliced
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 4 cloves
  • 1 cm cinnamon stick

Spice Paste:

  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 2 cm ginger
  • 2 candlenuts, roasted
  • 1 tsp coriander seeds
  • 1/4 tsp cumin seeds

  • Salt, sugar, soy sauce, and chicken stock powder to taste

Steps:
