Oseng Telor Ceplok: A Flavorful Indonesian Egg Stir-Fry

Ingredients:

2 stalks Green onions, sliced diagonally
1 Lemongrass, halved and tied
2 leaves Bay leaves, torn in half
3 Shallots, sliced
