Beef Bulgogi Recipe
Ingredients:
- 500 grams beef, thinly sliced
- Ingredients for Marinade:
- 1/2 apple
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/2 onion
- 1 green onion stalk
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 3 tablespoons sesame oil
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 60 ml soy sauce
- Additional Ingredients:
- 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 green onion stalk, chopped
- Sesame seeds, to taste
Instructions:

Prepare the Beef: Thinly slice the beef and set aside.

Make the Marinade: In a blender, combine the apple, garlic, onion, and green onion stalk. Blend until smooth. Add the ground black pepper, sesame oil, brown sugar, and soy sauce to the blender. Blend again until well mixed.

Marinate the Beef: Pour the marinade over the sliced beef. Mix thoroughly to ensure all pieces are well-coated. Add the additional sliced onion (but not the green onion or sesame seeds yet). Let the mixture marinate for 30 minutes.

Cook the Beef: Heat a pan with a small amount of oil over medium heat. Add the marinated beef along with the marinade to the pan. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the beef is browned and cooked through.
