Ingredients
- 8 slices of bread (crusts removed)
- Margarine
- 3/4 cup chopped red capsicum (bell pepper)
- 1 leek, finely sliced
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons cornflour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
- Grated cheese
- 1 vegetable stock cube
