Macaroni and Egg Frittata

Ingredients:

  • 1 handful macaroni
  • 1 egg
  • 1 stalk green onion
  • 1 stalk celery
  • Salt, to taste
  • Ground black pepper, to taste
  • Seasoning, to taste
  • 1 cup water (for boiling macaroni)
  • Cooking oil

Instructions:

  1. Cook the Macaroni: In a pot, bring 1 cup of water to a boil. Add the macaroni and cook until tender. Drain and set aside.

  2. Prepare the Vegetables: While the macaroni is cooking, thinly slice the green onion and celery.

  3. Combine Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, egg, sliced green onion, and celery. Season with salt, ground black pepper, and seasoning to taste. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.

  4. Cook the Frittata: Heat a small amount of cooking oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour the macaroni mixture into the skillet and cook until the egg is set and the frittata is golden brown on both sides.
