  • 2 onions, diced
  • 1 McIntosh apple, diced
  • 1 tsp dried marjoram
  • 1 tsp dried tarragon
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp orange juice
  • 1 tsp orange rind
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 turkey breasts

Instructions:

Step Description
1 Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2 Place one turkey breast flat on a sheet of wax paper and top with another sheet.
