Ingredients:

- 500 grams minced beef
- 50 grams breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
For the BBQ Sauce:
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed and finely chopped
- 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 10 tablespoons barbecue sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Water, as needed
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch, dissolved in a small amount of water

Prepare the Minced Beef Steak:
- In a large bowl, combine the minced beef, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- Shape the mixture into large, round patties, then flatten them slightly to form steaks.
- Heat a small amount of butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the patties in the skillet until they are well browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side, depending on thickness.
- Remove from the skillet and set aside.
