Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Minced Beef Steak:

    • In a large bowl, combine the minced beef, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
    • Shape the mixture into large, round patties, then flatten them slightly to form steaks.
    • Heat a small amount of butter in a skillet over medium heat.
