Ingredients:

  5. Assemble the tart: Pour the cooled mushroom mixture into the prepared pastry shell, spreading it evenly. Sprinkle the shredded white cheddar cheese over the mushrooms.

  6. Add the cream mixture: Pour the prepared cream and egg mixture over the cheese, ensuring it covers the entire surface evenly.

  7. Bake: Place the tart in the preheated oven and bake until the center sets and the top is golden brown, about 55 minutes.
