Ingredients:
- 2 pounds of steak, cut into serving size pieces
- 1 can of diced tomatoes
- 1 cup of water
- 1 green pepper, diced (optional)
- 1/2 cup of mushrooms
- 1/2 tablespoon of cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon of A-1 Sauce
- Cayenne pepper to taste

Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC).
- Prepare a 2 1/2 quart glass or pyrex casserole dish by spraying it with nonstick spray for easier cleanup.
