Sayur Sawi with Eggs

This comforting dish of sautéed greens and eggs is perfect for a quick and nutritious meal. The combination of savory flavors and vibrant colors makes it a delightful addition to any dining table.

Ingredients

Ingredient Quantity
White mustard greens (sawi putih) 1 head, chopped
Green mustard greens (sawi hijau) 2 heads, chopped
Eggs 3, beaten
Garlic 4 cloves, minced
Shallots 4, minced
Ground pepper To taste
Salt To taste
Seasoning (optional) To taste
Kobe flour 3 tablespoons
Water As needed

Instructions

  1. In a heated pan, scramble the beaten eggs until cooked, then add the minced garlic and shallots. Sauté until fragrant.
  2. Stir in the chopped white and green mustard greens, cooking until they begin to wilt.
  3. Add enough water to cover the greens, followed by the Kobe flour, salt, seasoning, and ground pepper. Stir well until the sauce thickens slightly.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Once satisfied, remove from heat and serve hot.
