Sop Nila 3🌟: A Delightful Fish Soup for Your Little One

This vibrant and nourishing fish soup, known as “Sop Nila 3🌟,” is perfect for a cozy family meal. With tender nila fish, diced tofu, and a medley of fresh vegetables, this recipe is both comforting and nutritious. Here’s how you can prepare this delightful dish:

Ingredients:

  • 2 whole nila fish (tilapia), cleaned and cut into pieces
  • 1 block tofu, diced
  • 1 carrot, peeled, diced, and grated
  • 2 stalks green onions, sliced
  • A handful of celery leaves, sliced
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
  • 1 thumb-sized piece of ginger, smashed
  • 2 bay leaves
  • Salt and sugar to taste
  • Water

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Aromatics: In a large pot, heat a bit of oil over medium heat. Sauté the sliced onion, garlic, and bay leaves until they become fragrant and the onions are translucent.

  2. Add Water: Pour in enough water to cover the ingredients and bring it to a boil.

  3. Cook the Vegetables: Once the water is boiling, add the diced carrot, tofu, green onions, and smashed ginger. Season with salt and sugar to taste.

  4. Simmer the Fish: Gently add the nila fish pieces into the pot. Cook for a few minutes until the fish is just cooked through. Be careful not to overcook the fish as it can become mushy.

  5. Finish and Serve: Taste the soup and adjust the seasoning if necessary. Serve the hot soup alongside warm rice for a comforting meal that’s perfect for little ones.

Enjoy this hearty soup with a side of rice to make a wholesome and satisfying dish for your family!
