Ingredients:
- 1 package instant mashed potatoes
- 6-8 tablespoons butter
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 3 slices bacon
- 1 cup sauerkraut, drained
- 1 onion, diced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
