Practical Radish Beef Soup
Ingredients:
- 1/4 kg beef, cut into cubes
- 1-2 radishes, sliced into half-moons
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Sesame oil, to taste
- Soy sauce, to taste
- Sugar, to taste
- Fried shallots, for garnish
- Bird’s eye chili, for garnish
- 1-2 glasses of water
- 1 1/2 tablespoons minced garlic
Instructions:

Sauté the Garlic: Heat some cooking oil in a pot over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until it turns golden brown. Pour in the water and bring it to a boil.

Cook the Beef: Once the water is boiling, add the cubed beef to the pot. Let it cook until the beef turns a rich brown color.

Season the Soup: Add salt, pepper, soy sauce, sugar, and sesame oil to taste. Stir well to combine the flavors.

Add the Radishes: Incorporate the sliced radishes into the pot. Cook until both the beef and radishes are tender.
