🐣 Rolled Omelette (Telur Dadara Gulung) 🐣

Ingredients

Ingredient Quantity
Eggs 4 large
Milk or Water 100 ml
Grated Carrot 100 grams
Chopped Green Onions 1 tablespoon
Salt ½ teaspoon
Ground Pepper 1 teaspoon
Mushroom Seasoning ½ teaspoon
Cooking Oil 1 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the eggs, milk (or water), grated carrot, chopped green onions, salt, ground pepper, and mushroom seasoning. Whisk until well blended.

  2. Prepare the Pan: Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and add the cooking oil, swirling the pan to evenly coat the surface.

  3. Cook the Omelette: Pour a ladleful of the egg mixture into the pan, tilting to spread it evenly. Cook until the edges are set but the center is still slightly runny (do not overcook).

  4. Roll the Omelette: Once the omelette is partially cooked, gently roll it up from one side, leaving half of it unrolled. Pour another ladleful of the mixture onto the unrolled side, spreading it out to cover the exposed area.

  5. Finish Cooking: Allow the new layer to cook briefly, then roll the omelette completely. Repeat this process until all the egg mixture is used.

  6. Final Cooking: Flip the rolled omelette occasionally to ensure it cooks evenly. Once fully cooked, remove it from the heat.

  7. Serve: Let the rolled omelette cool slightly, then slice it into portions and serve warm.

Enjoy your delightful Telur Dadara Gulung as a flavorful breakfast or snack!
