- 4 boneless pork chops
- 1/2 tsp dried sage
- 1/2 tsp dried marjoram
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/4 cup sour cream

- 1 cup mushrooms
- 1 cup chicken broth
