Salmon with Oyster Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 250 grams (1/4 kg) salmon fillet
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3 shallots
  • 2 stalks of leek
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Sesame oil
  • Oyster sauce
  • Sweet soy sauce
  • Mushroom seasoning

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Salmon:
