In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the sliced onion and sauté until translucent. Incorporate the sliced salmon, cooking for just a couple of minutes. Season with salt and pepper, then set aside.

Prepare the flaxseed bread (or your choice of bread) by placing the sautéed salmon mixture on top. Generously sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese.
