Salmon Melt on Flaxseed Bread

Ingredients

Butter 2 tablespoons
Onion (sliced) 1 medium
Salmon (sliced) 200 grams
Salt To taste
Pepper To taste
Flaxseed Bread 2 slices (or any bread)
Mozzarella Cheese (shredded) 100 grams
Vegetables (optional) To taste
Sauce (optional) To taste

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the sliced onion and sauté until translucent. Incorporate the sliced salmon, cooking for just a couple of minutes. Season with salt and pepper, then set aside.

  2. Prepare the flaxseed bread (or your choice of bread) by placing the sautéed salmon mixture on top. Generously sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese.

  3. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and bake the assembled sandwich for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Add any preferred vegetables or sauces before serving, allowing for a personalized touch to your delicious creation. Enjoy!
