Oseng Klotok Terong Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1/4 kg klotok salted fish, filleted
- 3 eggplants (terong), diced
- Stir-fry Seasoning:
- 6 shallots
- 5 cloves garlic
- 3 large green chilies
- 15 bird’s eye chilies
- 1 tomato
- Sweet soy sauce (kecap manis), to taste
- Sugar, salt, pepper, to taste

- Fillet the klotok salted fish, wash thoroughly, and then dice. This ensures no worries about swallowing bones.
