Instructions:

Prepare the Tofu:
Cut the tofu into approximately 2 cm cubes. Heat some oil in a pan and fry the tofu pieces until they turn golden brown. Once done, set them aside on a paper towel to drain excess oil. -
Prepare the Vegetables and Aromatics:
Slice the carrot and zucchini, and wash all the vegetables thoroughly. Mince the garlic and ginger, and finely chop the onion. Thinly slice the red chilies. -
Cook the Aromatics:
In a large wok or skillet, heat a generous amount of cooking oil. Add the minced garlic, chopped onion, and minced ginger to the pan. Sauté until they become fragrant and the onions turn translucent. -
Add Vegetables:
Incorporate the sliced carrots, zucchini, and meatballs into the pan. Stir-fry for a few minutes until the vegetables begin to soften. -
Combine Ingredients:
Add the Chinese cabbage and green cabbage to the pan. Stir well to mix all the ingredients. Next, add the oyster sauce and the seasoning cubes. Pour in enough water to cover the ingredients and allow everything to simmer. -
Season and Simmer:
Season with salt, sugar, and black pepper according to your taste. Adjust the seasoning as needed and let the mixture cook until the vegetables are tender and flavors meld together. -
Finish the Dish:
Gently stir in the fried tofu pieces. Let them heat through for a couple of minutes. Turn off the heat and garnish with chopped green onions. -
