Kathy’s Meaty Spaghetti Sauce Recipe ๐Ÿ

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 pound mild sausage
  • 1/2 pound hot sausage
  • 4 cups tomato sauce
  • 1 can whole tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 1 green pepper
  • Oregano
  • Bay leaf
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Begin by preparing the vegetables. In a frying pan, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic, diced onion, and chopped green pepper to the pan.

  11. While the sauce is simmering, prepare your pasta according to the package instructions in a separate pot of boiling water.
