Ingredients:
- 1 head of broccoli
- 1 egg
- 1 sausage
- 1/2 cup of water
Seasonings:
- A pinch of salt
- A pinch of sugar
- Food seasoning (such as Royco)
- Ground black pepper
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 shallots
- 1 slice of onion
- 5 red chilies (adjust to taste)

- Chop the broccoli into small pieces, wash, and briefly soak it in salted water to eliminate any possible pests.
- Beat the egg with a pinch of salt or food seasoning (Royco).
- Thinly slice the onion, garlic, shallots, and chilies.

- In a pan, heat a small amount of oil and sauté the onion, garlic, shallots, and chilies until fragrant.
- Add the beaten egg to the pan, quickly scramble it without cooking it fully.
- Immediately add the broccoli to the pan, stirring and scrambling to combine the broccoli and egg.
- Pour in the water and season with a bit more salt, sugar, food seasoning, and ground black pepper.
- Stir-fry briefly and then add the sliced sausage.
- Continue cooking on low heat until the broccoli is tender and the water has almost evaporated.
