Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 lbs beef flank steak, thinly sliced across the grain into 3-inch pieces
- 3 shiitake mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 cup cremini mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 scallions, chopped
- 12 baby carrots, sliced
- 4 hot peppers (adjust according to spice preference)
