Stir-Fried Beef with Egg
Ingredients:
- 1/2 kg beef, thinly sliced
- 1 whole garlic bulb, finely chopped
- 5 eggs, beaten with a pinch of salt
- Sesame oil
- Seasoning powder
Instructions:
- Heat a generous amount of sesame oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the finely chopped garlic and sauté until it releases a fragrant aroma.
- Add the sliced beef to the pan and stir-fry until it begins to brown.
- Pour in the beaten eggs, stirring continuously to ensure the eggs cook evenly and integrate with the beef.
- If necessary, add a splash of water to help the eggs cook through and to achieve a slightly saucy consistency.
- Season with a touch of seasoning powder to taste. Continue to cook until the mixture has thickened to your desired consistency.
- Remove from heat and transfer to a serving dish.
