Chicken Teriyaki Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg Chicken Breast or Fillet, sliced thinly (marinate)
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 4 cloves Garlic, roughly chopped
  • Green Onions (optional)
  • Teriyaki Sauce, to taste
  • A dash of Sweet Soy Sauce
  • Sesame Oil, to taste (optional)

Marinade Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Marinade:

    • Begin by slicing the chicken breast or fillet into thin pieces.
    • For the marinade, blend the garlic cloves, black pepper, and salt together until smooth. Add a small amount of sesame oil to the mixture for added aroma and flavor.
    • Coat the chicken slices with the marinade and let it rest in the refrigerator for approximately 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.
  2. Cook the Chicken:

    • Heat a little oil in a pan over medium heat.
