- 1 Onion, chopped
- 4 cloves Garlic, roughly chopped
- Green Onions (optional)
- Teriyaki Sauce, to taste
- A dash of Sweet Soy Sauce
- Sesame Oil, to taste (optional)

- Begin by slicing the chicken breast or fillet into thin pieces.
- For the marinade, blend the garlic cloves, black pepper, and salt together until smooth. Add a small amount of sesame oil to the mixture for added aroma and flavor.
- Coat the chicken slices with the marinade and let it rest in the refrigerator for approximately 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.
