Instructions

Step Description
1 Heat a little sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear the salmon fillet until half-cooked, then set it aside.
2 Finely chop the shallots, garlic, and onion. In the same skillet, sauté them until fragrant and translucent.
3 Return the salmon to the skillet, adding a bit of water to create a light sauce.
4 Add the oyster sauce, sweet soy sauce, mushroom seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Stir gently and adjust seasonings to taste. Let it simmer until the salmon is fully cooked through.
5 Just before turning off the heat, add the sliced leeks. Stir briefly, then remove the skillet from the heat.
6 Serve the salmon with your choice of rice or vegetables and enjoy your meal!
