Ingredients:
- 1/2 package shiitake mushrooms
- 1 large chicken breast
- 1 head cauliflower
- Cooking oil
- Salt, sugar, and seasoning to taste
- Tamarind paste
- 3 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 3 tablespoons chili sauce
- For the spice blend:
- 3 cloves garlic
- 3 shallots
- 1 cm ginger
- 1 stalk green onion
- 5 red chilies
- 2 green chilies
- 1 tomato

Prepare the Shiitake Mushrooms: Begin by boiling the shiitake mushrooms in water until they are tender. Once cooked, slice them and set aside.
