Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 cup chopped shrimp
- 8 slices of whole wheat bread (sandwich loaf), crusts removed
Instructions:

- Flatten the slices of whole wheat bread with a rolling pin.
- Place the flattened bread slices on a cookie sheet and toast one side under the broiler.
- Turn the bread slices over.
