Barbecue Beef (Daging Sapi Barbeque)
Ingredients:
- 1/4 kg beef (daging sapi)
- 1 sachet Saori Barbecue sauce
- 1/2 onion (bawang bombay)
- 3 chili peppers (cabe), or use bell peppers for a milder taste
- Sugar and salt, to taste
Instructions:

-
Prepare the Beef: Place the beef in the freezer and let it freeze until solid. Once frozen, slice the beef into thin strips. Freezing the beef makes it easier to cut into thin, even pieces.
-
Cook the Aromatics: Heat a pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and chili peppers (or bell peppers) to the pan. Sauté until the onions become translucent and the mixture is fragrant.
-
Add the Beef: Increase the heat to high and add the sliced beef to the pan. Stir-fry the beef until it starts to brown and is cooked through.
-
Add the Sauce: Pour the Saori Barbecue sauce over the beef. Stir well to ensure the beef is evenly coated with the sauce.
-
Season to Taste: Taste the dish and adjust the seasoning with sugar and salt as needed. Continue to cook for a few more minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
-
Serve: Once the beef is well-coated and the seasoning is balanced, remove from heat. Serve hot with your favorite side dishes.
