Smoked Salmon and Pasta Salad Recipe 🥗

Ingredients:

1/4 cup Raspberry vinegar
1/4 cup Olive oil
2 Eggs
1 Dijon mustard

2 cups Curly endive lettuce, torn into pieces
1 cup Radicchio, thinly sliced
10 pieces Sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil, chopped

12 ounces Smoked salmon, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons Fresh chives, chopped

Instructions:

  1. Blend the Dressing:
