Recipe: Spicy Stir-Fried Pickled Mustard Greens with Beef

Ingredients:

  • 3 bunches pickled mustard greens
  • 100 grams thinly sliced beef
  • 10 bird’s eye chilies
  • 5 shallots
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • Salt, sugar, pepper, sweet soy sauce, and oyster sauce, to taste

Instructions:
