Ingredients:

  • 1 block of tofu
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 handful of Napa cabbage (or any other preferred cabbage)

  • 1 large red chili (adjust heat to taste)
  • 1 onion

  • 4 shallots
  • Seasoning (Ladaku or similar seasoning mix)
  • Salt
  • Oyster sauce
  • Raja Rasa sauce (or any preferred all-purpose seasoning sauce)
  • Sweet soy sauce (kecap manis or similar)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Ingredients: Start by thinly slicing the onion, shallots, garlic, and red chili. Cut the carrot into small pieces and dice the tofu into cubes. Chop the Napa cabbage into bite-sized pieces.

  2. Sauté Aromatics: Heat a little oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the sliced onion, shallots, garlic, and red chili. Sauté until the aromatics are fragrant and the onions are translucent.

  3. Cook the Carrots: Add the diced carrots to the pan. Stir-fry until the carrots begin to soften, about 3-4 minutes.

  4. Add the Tofu: Gently add the tofu cubes to the pan. Stir and cook until the tofu is heated through and starts to brown slightly.
