Ingredients:
- 1/2 whole chicken, cut into cubes
- 1 young coconut
- Banana leaves, for wrapping
Spice Paste:
- 4 shallots
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 red chili
- 1 teaspoon coriander seeds
- 1/2 cm turmeric
- 1 teaspoon palm sugar
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 packet chicken bouillon powder
