Steamed Egg with Pumpkin Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 2 slices of steamed pumpkin
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon sweetened condensed milk
  • A small amount of water
  • 1 spring onion (scallion)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Ingredients:

    • Slice the steamed pumpkin into small, bite-sized pieces.
    • Finely chop the spring onion.
  2. Mix the Ingredients:

    • In a bowl, combine the egg, sweetened condensed milk, and a small amount of water. Whisk until well blended.
