Steamed Vegetable and Egg Delight
Ingredients:
- 10 leaves of green mustard greens
- 1 small carrot
- 1/4 piece of chayote (labu siam)
- Cauliflower
- Spring onions
- Garlic
- Red onion
- 2 eggs
- Mushroom broth seasoning, to taste
- Sugar, to taste
- Oyster sauce, to taste
- Red chili pepper, optional
Instructions:

Begin by peeling and washing all the vegetables thoroughly. Cut them into small pieces according to your preference. Also, finely chop the red onion, garlic, and red chili pepper if using.

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs well. Add in the mushroom broth seasoning, sugar, and oyster sauce, mixing until fully combined.

Combine all the chopped vegetables and the egg mixture in a heatproof dish.

Steam the mixture for approximately 10 minutes or until the egg is fully set and the vegetables are tender.

Once cooked, remove from the steamer and serve hot.
