Ingredients:

  • 3 large celery stalks, chopped
  • 5 beef bones, sliced
  • 5 chili peppers, sliced
  • Green onions
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2 slices ginger
  • Sugar
  • Salt
  • Soy sauce
  • Oil for stir-frying
  • A bit of water
