Instructions
- Begin by slicing all the ingredients to your preference, leaving the bean sprouts whole.
- Heat the cooking oil in a pan and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add the sliced carrot first and pour in approximately 200 ml of water. Allow it to simmer.
- Once the carrot softens, introduce the skin tofu and meatballs into the mixture.
- Season with soy sauce, sugar, salt, and ground pepper; taste and adjust accordingly.
- Cook until the carrot is tender, then add the bean sprouts and sliced green onion.
- Stir briefly to combine, then remove from heat and serve warm.
