Tauge Wortel Mix Tahu Bakso

Ingredients

Ingredient Quantity
Bean sprouts 1 handful
Medium carrot 1 piece
Skin tofu 1 handful
Meatballs 10 pieces (sliced)
Green onion 1 leaf
Garlic 3 cloves
Ground pepper 1/2 teaspoon
Sugar To taste
Salt To taste
Soy sauce 1 teaspoon (optional)
Water As needed
Cooking oil 1 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Begin by slicing all the ingredients to your preference, leaving the bean sprouts whole.
  2. Heat the cooking oil in a pan and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add the sliced carrot first and pour in approximately 200 ml of water. Allow it to simmer.
  4. Once the carrot softens, introduce the skin tofu and meatballs into the mixture.
  5. Season with soy sauce, sugar, salt, and ground pepper; taste and adjust accordingly.
  6. Cook until the carrot is tender, then add the bean sprouts and sliced green onion.
  7. Stir briefly to combine, then remove from heat and serve warm.
