Tumis Tahu Baso (Stir-Fried Tofu with Meatballs)

Ingredients

Chinese mustard greens (sawi hijau) 1 bunch
Red onions 2 cloves
Garlic 2 cloves
Red bird’s eye chilies (cabe rawit) 4 pieces
Red chilies (cabe merah kriting) 6 pieces
Ground pepper ½ teaspoon
Sweet soy sauce To taste
Sugar To taste
Salt To taste
Flavor enhancer (optional) To taste
Drinking water 1 glass

Instructions

  1. Begin by slicing the red onions, garlic, bird’s eye chilies, and red chilies into thin pieces.
