Stir-Fried Tofu in Oyster Sauce
Ingredients:
- 5 pieces of triangle-shaped brown tofu
- 4 shallots
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 large green chilies
- 1/2 tomato, seeds removed
- 1 packet of Saori oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
- 5 tablespoons water
- Sugar and salt to taste
Instructions:

Prepare the Tofu:
- Clean the tofu thoroughly and squeeze out excess water. Cut into bite-sized pieces.

Slice the Aromatics:
- Thinly slice the shallots, garlic, green chilies, and tomato.

Cook the Aromatics:
- Heat a pan over medium heat and add a bit of oil. Sauté the sliced shallots, garlic, green chilies, and tomato until fragrant and softened.

- Add the tofu pieces to the pan, followed by the oyster sauce and sweet soy sauce. Stir well to coat the tofu with the sauces.

- Cook the mixture, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens and the flavors meld together. Let it simmer until the water reduces slightly.
