Prepare the Ingredients:
- Cut the tofu and sausages into bite-sized pieces.
- Fry the tofu and sausages briefly in a small amount of oil until lightly golden. Set them aside.
- Rinse the mustard greens thoroughly and chop them into manageable pieces.

- Slice the green chili, bird’s eye chili, curly red chili, shallots, garlic, and tomato.
