Prepare the Ingredients:
- Start by slicing the water spinach into bite-sized pieces.
- Cut the tofu into small cubes or slices, depending on your preference.
- Peel and finely slice the garlic cloves and shallots.
- Thinly slice the red chili peppers for a hint of spice.

Sauté the Aromatics:
- Heat a little oil in a wok or frying pan over medium heat.
- Add the sliced garlic, shallots, and red chili peppers to the pan.
- Stir-fry until the garlic and shallots are golden and fragrant, releasing their delicious aroma.

- Add the packet of Saori seasoning sauce, stirring it in with the aromatics.

- Cover the pan and let the mixture cook for a few minutes until the water spinach wilts and becomes tender.
