Stir-Fried Napa Cabbage, Carrot, and Beef Meatballs

Ingredients:

  • 1 head of napa cabbage, chopped
  • 1 carrot, sliced
  • 10 beef meatballs, sliced
  • 6 shallots, thinly sliced
  • 3 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
  • 10 bird’s eye chilies, diagonally sliced
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon Rajarasa sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1 cup water
  • Salt and granulated sugar, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Heat the Cooking Oil:

    • In a large skillet or wok, heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil over medium heat.
    • Add the thinly sliced shallots, garlic, and bird’s eye chilies. Stir-fry until fragrant and the shallots are golden brown.
  2. Cook the Carrot:

    • Add the sliced carrot to the skillet and pour in 1 cup of water.

  3. Add the Beef Meatballs:
