Instructions:
- 
Blanch Cabbage: - Blanch the cabbage(s) in boiling water for approximately 10 minutes until slightly tender.
- Once cooled, carefully separate the leaves.
 
- 
Prepare Filling: - In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, salt, pepper, raw rice, shredded cabbage, shredded potato, eggs, diced onions, diced green bell pepper, minced garlic, and chopped parsley.
- Add a small can of tomato sauce to the mixture and mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Assemble Cabbage Rolls: - Place equal portions of the meat mixture onto each cabbage leaf.
- Fold the sides of the cabbage leaf over the filling and roll it up tightly. Secure each roll with toothpicks to prevent them from unraveling during cooking.
