Ingredients

Sweet soy sauce 2 tablespoons
Lime leaves 2 pieces, thinly sliced, center removed
Soy sauce (butter flavor) 1 packet
Water As needed
Salt To taste
Sugar To taste

Instructions

  1. Fry the Eggs: Heat a generous amount of oil in a skillet and fry the eggs until the edges are crispy. Set aside.
