Fried Beef Steak (Bistik Sapi Goreng)

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 kg thinly sliced beef
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced

  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce

Salad Ingredients:

  • Fried carrots and potatoes, to taste
  • Cabbage, shredded
  • Mayonnaise
