Bacem Tahu dan Tempe Recipe

Instructions
- Preparation: Begin by slicing the tempe and tofu into desired shapes.
- Blend Spices: In a blender, combine the shallots, garlic, pepper, and coriander. Blend until smooth.
- Cooking: In a pot, add the sliced tempe, tofu, blended spices, bay leaves, galangal, lemongrass, and brown sugar. Pour in 3 glasses of water.
- Simmer: Bring the mixture to a boil. Once boiling, add the flavor enhancer and reduce the heat. Let it simmer until the water has mostly evaporated.
- Fry: In a pan, heat a little oil and fry the cooked tempe and tofu until golden brown.
